hello Ruth I have suffered with milk allergy casein whey and lactose since the age of eight and perhaps earlier. and in addition white flour white rice, fried foods and tomatoes. What is interesting in this post nobody mentions about how to clear the symtoms, ok milk thistle and other remedies may offer relief but i find once i have had milk products by mistake the pain and effects never ever go away by eating a normal non allergic diet, the symtoms always seem to mask underneath, the only thing i find that helps is fasting. on fruit and herbtea, it can take a whole day to clear or even more. has anyone found a quicker way to get rid of the symptoms?
