hey mate thanks for replying, the diet that i am on at he moment is about trying to lose weight not to gain mass, i am wanting to lose my body fat and have been very successful doing it, the reason i am starting to introduce weights into my work out now is because over the next few months i am going to be going on the stuff, i am wanting to get to around 85 kg then i want to start building, the reason i have started to introduce weights is because i dont want to lose to much strength, when i will be gearing my self up for the juice my diet will be completely different other wise i will not get the best out of the stuff.
